At AoCubo, I worked as a consultant and redefined the lead generation strategy, boosting conversion rates by 60%. I also led the integration of HubSpot, which was adopted by over 50 team members.
Boosting Conversions with Data-Driven Insights
In this project, I leveraged data analysis to enhance AoCubo's lead generation strategy, increasing conversion rates by 60%. By creating a Developer Fit vs Revenue Impact Matrix that combined market data with AoCubo’s past sales performance, I identified and prioritized high-potential real estate developments. This strategic shift eliminated low-performing listings and focused on top-performing developers, greatly improving online marketing effectiveness.
HubSpot Implementation
I led the migration from AoCubo’s old CRM system to HubSpot, working closely with both the DevOps team and the business side. I customized HubSpot to match the workflows of real estate agents and their managers, ensuring a smooth transition for all leads from 50 agents. After the migration, I trained and encouraged the agents, many of whom were not tech-savvy, to use HubSpot to better manage their sales funnel and boost conversion rates.
